Sinopse:
Após ficar cinco anos afastado, o Coronel Nick Fury é chamado de volta para a organização secreta SHIELD, para liderar uma missão contra a organização terrorista HIDRA, liderada pela Víbora, filha do Barão Von Strucker, antigo líder da organização e arqui-inimigo de Nick.
Víbora resgatou o corpo de seu pai, por conta do mesmo possuir resíduos de um vírus mortal criado pelo cientista nazista Arnim Zola, e pretende usar o vírus para matar toda a população de Nova York.
Nick e sua equipe de agentes terão que parar os planos da vilã de espalhar o vírus.

After being five years away, Colonel Nick Fury is called back to the secret organization SHIELD, to lead a mission against the terrorist organization HYDRA, led by Viper, daughter of Baron Von Strucker, former leader of the organization and archenemy of Nick .
Viper rescued the body of his father, because of the even own waste a deadly virus created by the Nazi scientist Arnim Zola, and intend to use the virus to kill the entire population of New York.
Nick and his team of agents will have to stop the villain's plans to spread the virus.
